Hey everybody!!

Just wanted to make sure, that this blog is just for myself. After an injury I'm trying to go back on the track.
I will post here my own way and how far I'll get.
By the way, I don't think everybody should be a size zero, but you should feel comfortable in your body and I do not. So, I want to change things.
I post here things that motivates me - quotations and picks...


I will post summaries about my day. Because I believe if I start writing day my eating pattern and my exercises I can control myself more. I hope it'll help.

Eating pattern today

Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with raisins (one with marmalade), a banana

Lunch: rice with dip, yogurt, a banana

Sin: 3 cookies
